There are so many amazing rom-com movies that are so entertaining to watch this time of year. If you do not know what a rom-com is then let me explain; rom-com is short for Romantic Comedy so it is just a love movie with funny parts in it. There are four movies I am going to suggest for you to watch. I interviewed 3 different people to get their opinions. Madison Linker (8th), Samantha Messiah (8th), and Ramona Jufair (7th).

I first asked Madison what her favorite romantic movie was. She replied, “My favorite is 27 dresses.” (PG-13 ~ On HULU) “It is about a woman named Jane and how she is the Bridesmaid never the bride.” Sounds captivating! The next question was: Are there any certain reasons why you like this movie? She replied, “Yes, because it is cute and it is entertaining to watch if I am bored”

Next, I spoke to Samantha, “My favorite rom-com is definitely To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before. ( PG-13 ~ On NETFLIX)” I agree with Samantha that this movie is in my top 10. It is about a girl named Lara-Jean and how she wrote secret love letters to her crush and they all secretly got sent out. She rates this movie a 10/10 also! Last question I interviewed Samantha with was:  Are there any certain reasons why you like this movie?

She answered with, “No not specifically but just that it is sweet and funny.”

The Final person I interviewed was Ramona. She spoke about The movie 10 Things I Hate About You. (PG-13 ~ On Disney+) Me and I agree that this movie is so sweet, 10/10 and we both recommend it.

Now for my suggestion. I love so many romantic movies but my favorite of all time is How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. It is so heartwarming. It is about a woman that writes “How to..” articles and she writes one on how to lose a guy. For me, it is a 10/10 and is in my opinion the best rom-com.

All in all, movie suggestions are amazing. I would just say all these to you. Most of these movies were all released in the 2000s so it’s different from our time and it’s interesting to see what their idea of romcoms was back then. That brings me to the question: what’s your favorite rom-com?
