There is a lot of excitement in the sports world right now with March Madness, The Masters, and NBA/NHL Playoffs starting up. But the king of American Sports is still Football. I talked to Finn, Paddy, and Josh about their fandom of football. My five questions were: Who did you want to win the super bowl and why, Who is your favorite NFL team and why, Who is your favorite college football team and why, Who is your favorite NFL player and why, and if you could play in the NFL in the future what position would you play and why. In my next three paragraphs I will talk about each person I interviewed – Finn, Paddy, And Josh answers to my five questions. 

One person I interviewed was Finn. His answer to the question: who did you want to win the super bowl and why was “I wanted the eagle to win because I do not like the chiefs”. Finn felt like the chiefs did not deserve the win. His answer to my next question: Who is your favorite NFL team and why was “The bears because my mom grew up in Chicago and I grew up watching them”. Finn has been a Bears fan his whole life. His answer to my next question: Who is your favorite college football team and why was “The Colorado buffaloes because my dad went to college there and I’ve been going to games since I was 5”. Finn actually went to a couple Colorado games recently. His answer to my next question: Who is your favorite NFL player and why was “Cooper Dejean because he plays my position and is entertaining to watch”. And finally his answer to my last question: If you could play in the NFL in the future what position would you play and why was “I would play wide receiver because I love to catch and run with the ball” Finn currently plays WR and CB at JJM (Jesuit Junior Marauders). 

The next person I interviewed was paddy. His answer for the first question: Who did you want to win the super bowls and why was “I wanted the Eagles to win the Super Bowl because I’m a Raiders fan and the Chiefs are really annoying” His answer for my next question: Who is your favorite NFL team and why was “I like the raiders because my dad was a raiders ran and I regret it but I have to stick with my team” The raiders did not have a good season this year. His answer for my next question: What is your favorite college football team and why was “Favorite college team is Tennessee because my dad went to medical school there and my brother goes there” His answer for my next question: Who is your favorite NFL player and why was “Brock bowers because he is a stud and a freak athlete”.  And finally his answer for my next question: If you could play in the NFL in the future what position would you play and why was “I would choose defensive end because I feel like I would make a difference at that position”. 

The last person I interviewed was Josh. Josh said that he wanted the eagles to win the super bowl because he is an eagles fan. Josh’s favorite NFL team is the eagles. His favorite college team is UC Davis. Josh’s favorite NFL player is Darius Slay. And finally Josh would like to play cornerback in the NFL.
